IPR and CYBER LAWS (Mumbai Univ)

Adv. (Dr.) Sunil Navanitlal Shah has done M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry from Jai Hind College, Churchgate, Mumbai; LLB from Government Law College, Churchgate, Mumbai, LLM Crimes and Constitution from Mumbai University; D.M.S. from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Churchgate, Mumbai; MA Economics, MA Political Science from Mumbai University. He has completed Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. in Law). He is the author of 14 books of Business Law. He was also the Ex-Examiner of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Ex- Examiner and Paper setter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has Published and Presented 14 Research Papers of Law at National and International levels. He has expertise in Banking Ombudsman Scheme and also was a visiting law faculty at NM College, Juhu; KPB Hinduja College, Charni Road; Chandrabhan Sharma College, Powai; Guru Nanank College, Wadala, Mumbai; Vikas College, Vikhroli; ICLES’ Motilal Jhunjhunwala College, Vashi. Currently, teaching at SST College of Arts & Commerce, Ulhasnagar, Thane. He was also appointed as a Special Executive Officer of Government of Maharshtra for 2011-2016 and 2018-2023.
