The aim of this book is to present the readers with situations and issues that are relevant in today’s complex organisational context. This is done through the most simplest of form: story telling.
The idea for this book germinated from the author’s interaction and discussion with colleagues and friends. These discussions were instrumental in revealing some vital and unique organisational aspects that were very interesting, but hardly talked about openly.
While writing this book, it was a challenge to maintain a tight grip on the story line throughout the narration of the story. During the process of writing, every story saw a drag in between, but sudden burst of ideas and inspiration from unexpected sources led to meaningful completion of the story.
