Madhura Sudhakar Ayare is a partner of a law firm named S.M. Kayda. The firm deals in criminal, civil and corporate laws. She has earned her master's degree in corporate law and finance policy from O.P. Jindal Global Law School. She was also given a scholarship for a course at the International Insolvency Institute, USA. She is also the co-founder of a pro-bono initiative named Lex Vox where she trains students from vernacular medium for the Moot court competition, trains police officers of various legal issues, conducts webinars on various topics for students etc.
