CMA Bajpai is Fellow Member of ICAI- CMA and B.Com (Gold Medalist), bringing industry experience of more than 1.5 decades in the area of Corporate Finance, Project Management, Accounts and Taxation. He has authored two books and has more than 20 research papers and articles to his credit. His areas of research are Capital Structure and Debt Management. He is presently associated as Manager- Finance at THDC India Limited (A NTPC Group Company).
