Dr. A. Chandra Mohan has received his M.B.A. and Ph.D., from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, and A.R. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching in different management institutions. He has been working as trainer for guiding and preparing training and management development programs. He has organised Management Development Programs for NTPC, ONGC, VPT and IOCL Recently he has organized Police Officers` Training Program in Tamil Nadu. Dr. A.C. Mohan published 15 articles in referred Journals in the area of General Management and Human Resources Management. He has presented more than 30 papers in different national and international seminars conducted by the universities and professional bodies. A.C. Mohan has been acting as a consultant for several projects. He has been serving as member of board of studies and board of examiner of several institutions and universities for M.B.A., M.HRM. M.Com and RG. Diploma Courses. He has authored three books in the field of Management. He has been guiding the research scholars. At present, he is working as professor of HRM and OB at S.R.M. School of Management, S.R.M. University, Chennai-603 203. Priorto his joining S.R.M. School of Management, he worked as professor of HRM, SCMS, Cochin.
