Dr. Ajay Wagh
Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Wagh is working as a Professor at the Department of Business Management and is engaged in teaching courses on Human Resource Management, Organisational Behavior, Change and Development, Training and Development, and Strategic Management. His research interests are focused on Strategic Management, Competency Mapping, Emotional Labor, Service Sector Attrition, Burnout, Commitment, Cross Culture Management, Engagement, Work-Life Balance and Artificial Intelligence applications within HRM, etc.
Prof. Wagh has served in various lead positions and has a vast experience of more than two and a half decades of teaching, learning, research, and academic administration.
He is instrumental in establishing MBA Department and Ph.D. Program at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central University), Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, India and contributed in developing University by shouldering various administrative responsibilities within the University.
On teaching and learning front, he has published several research papers in reputed Journals along with edited volumes on contemporary topics and also designed/customised and delivered in workshops/seminars (Sponsored by various funding agencies, i.e ATAL Academy, ICSSR, and hosted by other Universities/Colleges) as a resource person to various stakeholders. He has attended several National and International Seminars/Conferences and also presented research papers.
