Dr. Aradhana Anurag Gokhale Assistant Professor at Guru Nanak College of Education and Research, Bhandup, University of Mumbai, is currently the Incharge Principal at Guru Nanak College of Education and Research from 14th August,2019 till date. She has obtained her B.Com. followed by M.Com ., M.Ed., M.Phil. In Education and Ph. D. from University of Mumbai. She has done Diploma in Financial Management from Welingkar Institute of Management , Development and Research , Mumbai. Her doctoral degree was in the area of Capacity Building of B.Ed. Student-teachers in Leadership Skills, Communication Skills and Decision - Making Skills. She has over 14 years of experience of teaching at graduation level including the subject of Educational Management in this college and two years in other colleges. The subjects taught by her at B.Ed. are Educational Management, Childhood and Growing Up, Learning and Teaching, and Commerce Method. She is recognized as a teacher of the University for the M.A. Degree (By Papers) in Education and M.Ed. She was Associate Editor for Seminar Proceedings and was also appointed as a Course Writer in the subject of Education Paper VI- Indian Education System, University of Mumbai. She has undertaken Minor research project in Education, funded by University of Mumbai. She has presented several research papers in the various conferences and seminars conducted nationally and published papers in the field of Education. The educational philosophy of her life is to help the students to have a better idea of the field of Education and to help those who want to become teachers, to become good teachers.
