Dr. Arupratan Santra is graduated from Calcutta University. He did his first post-graduation (M.Tech.) from IIT Kharagpur, second post-graduation (PGP in Management for Working Professional) from ISB, Hyderabad and Ph.D. from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has taken International Exchange Program (Strategy and Innovation) in NUS, Singapore. He also did Certification in People Management from IIM, Bangalore. His other certifications are Six Sigma green belt, AS9100 Auditor and SAFe 4 Agilist. He has 19 years of IT-Industry experience and 20 ational / international publications in various journals / magazines / conferences. He was nominated CEOs Zero Distance Team. Currently, he is Group Project Manager at Infosys.
