Dr. K. K. Chaudhuri is the Director of the Army Institute of Management Kolkata (AIMK) since 2001. Prior to joining AIMK, he served as Dean and Professor of Management at IISWBM, Kolkata, Faculty at Indian Institute of Port Management and Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Management Kolkata.      His teaching and research interests include Management of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. He is the author of numerous national and international publications, including books and monographs: Personnel Management for Executives (Himalaya), Dimensions of Indian Management (NIPM), HRM - The Road Ahead (NIPM).    He served as a consultant to leading corporations like ONGC, NTPC, Coal India, NALCO, HLL, Reckitt, CESC, DPSC, MSTC, Manaksia, Sarda Industries. He has conducted World Bank Projects for Coal India, NTPC, National Highways and Asian Development Bank Project for Kolkata Municipal Corporation.Dr. Chaudhuri holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Anthropology from Kolkata University. He has taken professional training from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai), Council of Social Development (Delhi), Institute of Directors (Delhi).     He is the Fellow of National Institute of Personnel Management and a Life Member.
