Dr. Kameshwar Pandit
Dr. Kameshwar Pandit - The author of this Book, Dr. Kameshwar Pandit is Associate Professor in the Department of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Patna University, Patna. He is M.A. in Labour & Social Welfare, M.Com. and Ph.D. Presently, he is Hony. Secretary of National Institute of Personnel Management(NIPM), Patna Chapter, the highest professional institute of HR Profession in India and was a member of Academic Advisory Board of the same. He is Senate member of Patna University Senate. He is also counselor of Management Progarmme of Indira Gandhi National Opern University at Patna and attached with management programme of Patna University and other Universities of Bihar. He is life member of NIPM, Kolkata, Indian society of Labour Economics, New Delhi. The specializatiion of teaching is the area of Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour in various masters courses, i.e. PMIR, MBA, MSW, Rural Management and Development courses of Patna University. The author has authoured four books at graduate and post graduate courses such as Industrial Relations and Trade Uniouns (in Hindi), Human Resources Management (Graduate and Post Graduate Level in HIndi), New Dimensions of Labour Economics (in Hindi).
