Dr.(Mrs.) Kavita Gour is presently working as Head & Associate professor in Applied Chemistry along with Head B.E. First year at Priyadarshini J.L. College of Engineering, Nagpur. She has earlier worked as Head of Applied Chemistry Department at Priyadarshini college of Engineering, Nagpur. Having an experience of 23 years, she holds M.Sc., M.Phil & Ph.D degree under D.A.E. Project, Mumbai and has guided many students for UG. PG & Doctoral work. Dr K. Gour has to her credit more than 35 research papers published and presented in Journals and conferences of International and National repute. She has organized International conference ICCM-11, ICFM-15 along with PGTD campus, Nagpur and attended various Workshop, Conferences and Seminars in and around India. Dr K.Gour is UGC recognized trainer for women Manager in Higher education. Have life membership of three professional society, Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment, USPS and ISTE. She successfully handled various portfolios at University and college level. Organized Inter collegiate Paper and Poster competition at PCE and PJLCE for BE First year students. She is honoured with BHRAT JYOTI Award for contribution in academics and R&D.
