Dr. M.K. Dekate -Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, University of Mumbai. He is M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D. His area of interest id Banking and Finance, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management and General Management. He has about 26 years of teaching experience at under undergraduate and postgraduate level. He has presented more than 25 research articles have also been published in national and international journals. He has attended more than 40 national and international conferences and chaired and chaired Technical Sessions in various conferences. He has visited Thailand and Sri Lanka for presentation of research papers in international conferences. He is a research guide and has produced many M.Phil. and Ph.D. candidates and worked on various Academic Committees of Indian Universities.
