Dr. M. Madhumathi (born on March 6, 1970), M.A., M. Phil., Ph.D. is a distinguished teacher. She holds M.A. (Econ), M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Bangalore University, Bangalore, during 1993, 1995 and 2002 respectively. She had qualified National Education Test conducted by the University Grants Commission in 1994. She started her career as Lecturer in Government First Grade College, Anekal in 1993 and worked till 1998. Later she served at Government Arts College, Tumkur from 1998 to 2002. At present working as a Senior scale Lecturer in Maharani’s Arts College for Women, Bangalore, teaching Post-Graduate and Graduate Classes. She is a Life Member of Indian Society of Labour Economics and Indian Economic Association.     She has participated in many national seminars and conferences and presented several papers.
