Dr. Mrs. Deepika Dhand is born and  brought up in Delhi. She acquired her B.A. (Hons) degree in Political Science from Jesus and Mary College and received her Masters degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Her keen interest in teaching and learning English language encouraged her to pursue her Masters Degree in English language from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Further, she was awarded Ph.D. degree from Pt. Ravi Shankar University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The topic of her work "Cost Effective Delivery System in English Language Teaching" analyses the blending techniques of Learning English Language through technology.
