She has been following her passion of teaching for 24 years now out of a 27-year career span. She has strong experience in college and university administration and extensive background in conceiving and developing curriculum for introducing innovative courses in business management at university. She is a prolific researcher in the field of stock market and behavioural finance with several research papers and books to her credit. She has also guided Ph.D. scholars in the management discipline. She is also an avid reader of IKS literature and takes keen interest in spreading awareness about the glory of ancient India.
