Dr. Neelam Yadava is faculty at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur Campus, since 2010. She has blended her wide experience in teaching, research and extension focus attention on various issues in a eloquent as well as in an commanding modus. She has engaged in multidisciplinary researches including, capacity building, rural economy, entrepreneurial management, rural development, agricultural extension services, Information Communication Technology, Development Communication, and National Agricultural Innovation Project in her academic career. She has worked with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research Project of NAIP in North West Himalaya. She has completed her study from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology with specialization of Agriculture Extension and Communication (Major) and Social Sciences (Minor). She has participated in national and international seminars / conferences as paper presenter as well as organizer. Throughout her persistent inclination has been the study of capacity building, development communication and entrepreneurship, this led her to undertake an exhaustive research study of Entrepreneurial approach can be a panacea for the underprivileged section of society, i.e., women with accepting all the hardships of the topography in Uttarakhand. Her research has submitted to G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, the first Agriculture University of Asia as well as the harbinger of green revolution. The published book is a curtailed description of her research work.
