Dr. R.P. Banerjee obtained M.B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta. He has taught the post graduate management programmes at IIM Calcutta, IISWBM, IFIM Bangalore, and many other important Business Schools in India. Currently he is a Professor and Head, Finance and Ethics Departments at EASTERN INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRATED LEARNING IN ANAGEMENT, Calcutta. Dr. Banerjee has served the industry for over a decade in senior capacities. He has conducted many National and International Level Workshops, Management Development Programmes in the areas of ETHICS AND VALUES IN BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT, in many areas of Financial Management and Financial Risk Management. He is a regular contributor of papers in National and international journals of repute. Dr. Banerjee`s book Mother Leadership has earned him national and international acclaims.
