Dr. Rajendra Prasad Meena, is Head and Associate Professor in Department of Commerce, School of Business and Management Studies, Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor at Jai Narain Vyas University in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, in the Department of Business Finance and Economics of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies. Dr. R. P. Meena has been in teaching profession for more than 13 years in various academic institutions. Dr. Meena also worked as lecturer (RPSC Selected) in Government College Ajmer (GCA). He has been awarded Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship in Commerce by University Grant Commission New Delhi. Under his supervision, four Ph.D. students have been awarded and currently, seven research scholars are conducting research under his guidance. He is contributed several research papers to the national and International conference/seminar. He has 30+ papers published in National and International Journals. He has authored three books. Beyond his written contributions, the author has actively engaged in academic forums, presenting at over 50+ workshops, symposiums, conferences, and orientation programs. His expertise extends to facilitating learning experiences, having delivered 20+ lectures as a resource person. Dr. Meena organised National and International conference in the capacity of Conference Secretary and Convener. He is a life member of Indian Accounting Association (IAA), All India Commerce Association (ICA) and Public Administration Society of India (NEPASI). He is Branch Secretary of South Haryana Branch and Executive Committee member of Indian Accounting Association. He is Nodal officer of “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” program in Central University in Haryana. He has also worked as a Director, Equal Opportunity cell and Coordinator of BBA course in the faculty of Commerce and Management Studies and Programme officer of NSS in JNV University, Jodhpur.
