Dr. Rashmi Phirake has successfully completed five degrees namely – BBS, PGDBM, MMM, MBS and Ph.D. She has a valuable experience of more than 18 years including 2 years corporate experience and 16 years academic experience. As a passionate teacher, she has always used innovative pedagogy in making education more meaningful, understandable, interesting and outcome oriented. She has focused on developing holistic personality of students by way of inculcating right attitude, required skills, relevant knowledge and revered values amongst them. Truly Indian at heart and soul, she has promoted Indian Culture amongst students and given thrust on their character building. As an inspiring mentor she has greatly influenced lives of students and transformed them into responsible citizens and good human beings. She is a recognised Ph.D Guide under Faculty of Commerce and Management of Savitribai Phule Pune University. Her many of research papers have been published in reputed National and International research journals. She has successfully completed a sponsored research project. She has conducted effective training programs for corporate professionals and contributed towards providing research and consultancy services to industries.
