Dr. Rati Chandra is an Associate Professor at Sri Balaji University, Pune. She has done her Masters of Business Economics from Apeejay Institute of Management, Delhi and Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. She has five years of teaching experience in the reputed institutes of Pune. She has eight years of experience in the banking and health insurance field and is well aware about the needs and concerns of health insurance customers as well as the providers. She has published number of research papers. Her project ‘Banking the Unbanked - Through Collaboration of Banks and Post Office’ won the gold medal in Maharashtra State Research Competition2014,‘Avishkar’.
