Dr. Ravindra Uttamrao Kanthe, (M.B.A., M.Phil., Ph.D.) is presently working as a Assistant Professor of D.K.T.E. Societys Textile & Engineering Institute at Ichalkaranji established in the 1982. Ichalkaranji town, popularly known as Manchester of Maharashtra is one of the prominent centres of decentralized textile sector of India. He is a post graduate recognized teacher of Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is teaching to PG classes since last ten years. He has also sound industrial experience such as logistic management as well as Advertising and Marketing department. Also he has delivered number of lectures on Human Resource Management which includes IR, wage and salary administration, labour legislation, etc. as well as Entrepreneurship Development. He is working as working project guide for project report of PG students. He has published number of research articles as well as various national and international. Also, he is regularly writing articles on various social issues for prominent Marathi newspapers.
