She has over Ten years of teaching experience in various subjects like Human Resources, Marketing and Consumer Behaviour. She has served various organisations and has been a distinguished lecturer in Awadhesh Pratap Singh, University. She has published many papers in national and international journals and has made presentations in various international and national conferences.
