Dr.S.Ramesh, has been a professor and Headof Commerce and Management of the PG Centre,Mount Carmel College, since 1985. Being a Researcher, he has successfully guided students for their Ph.D.Degree.      His academic interest encompasses all areas of Management and has presented a number of papers in various conferences both in India and Abroad. He is also the author of 6 books in Commerce and Management Areas.      He has involved with a number of committees of the Government and University in the matters of academic interest. He is also a consultant to a number of companies and academic institutions.    His interest in Business Policy and Strategy came out of his exposure to industry and academics both in India and Abroad.
