Dr. Shaleen Kumar Srivastava, having more than 11 years of industry experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI sector), is currently Head of Data Analytics at a leading life insurance firm in Mumbai. He has worked in various Senior Leadership positions with expertise in driving Fintech, Analytics and Digital Strategy on a Pan India level. He is a Gold-Medal list in MBA (Tech.) from NMIMS University (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies), Mumbai and completed his Ph.D. in Management. His areas of expertise include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Project Finance and Investment Banking. His recent key projects include designing Analytical Data Models for various business use-cases including Customer Segmentation, Propensity, Churn Prediction, Cross-sell, Collections, Product Recommendation, Fraud Detection, Sentiment Analysis, Target Selling, Branch Potential, Persistency, Claims Management, Portfolio Optimization, Performance Management etc. Globally, his research papers have been accepted at various places including 8th Annual Conference of Economic Forum of Entrepreneurship and International Business held at LMH, Oxford University, United Kingdom in 2020 and 11th International Association for Statistical Computing (IASC-ARS) Conference, Hong Kong in 2019. His research papers have been published in various Scopus-indexed/ UGC-approved journals including Advanced Informatics for Computing Research, ICAICR-2020 by Springer, Singapore CCIS.
