Dr. Shiney Chib is working as a Professor with Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies, Nagpur. She is UGC certified trainer for SAM workshops and Ph.D. guide of Nagpur University. Her educational qualifications are, B.Tech, MBA, MIRPM, MA (Pub.Admn.), M.Phil. (IT), MCM, LL.B., Ph.D. She has got industrial experience of 11 years and 14 years of teaching. She has presented 24 National papers and 25 International papers. Delivered many guest lectures, conducted workshops, HR training at various symposiums. Her article appears in newspapers. Her core area is HR, Marketing, Business Research, Information Technology and Operation Management.
