Dr. Smita A. Kumbhar is currently working as Associate Professor at Siddhant Institute of Business Management, Chakan. She has total experience of 14 years, out of those three years in industry and eleven years in academics. She has done her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management. Her area of interest are Organisational Behaviour, Principles & Practices of Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Training & Development, Strategic HRM and Labour Laws. She has attended many seminars and conferences and has presented four research papers. Her ten papers are also published in National and International Journals. She is paper setter for MMM and MBS. Served as a member Local Inquiry Committee and Chairman Squad Committee for Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).
