Dr. Uppu Anitha Devi is the Head and Assistant Professor of Botany at Indira Priyadarshini Government Degree & P.G. College for Women (Autonomous), Nampally, Hyderabad. She holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Kakatiya University and has over 25 years of teaching experience. She has published more than 60 research papers and authored seven books. Dr. Anitha Devi has handled a Minor Research Project funded by SERO-UGC, Hyderabad and holds four patents. She is an active and Executive Member of several academic societies and has participated in over 60 conferences. She has also served as a Resource Person in more than five National seminars.
