Dr. Vikramender Singh Balyan - Completed his graduation with gold medal in civil engineering branch from L.D. Engineering College, Ahmedabad. He topped the civil engineering branch of the Gujarat University and he also topped all universities of Gujarat state in 2004. He completed his PG Diploma in Information Technology from IGNOU, New Delhi along with his engineering programme. He is a postgraduate in management from SIMS, Pune, and simultaneously completed his M.A. (Economics) with distinction from Pune University in 2007.
