Dr. Vinay Kumar Yadav is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Management, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, India. He did his Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Lucknow. Dr. Yadav has Qualified UGC-JRF (NET) in Management. He has also done FDPM from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

He has more than 10 years of diversified experience of teaching, research, and corporate. Formerly, he has worked as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Uttar Pradesh. Along with that he also worked as a Market Research Executive at the HCL Infosystems Ltd., Noida.

Dr. Yadav has received two Best Paper Awards in International Conferences at IIT Delhi in 2019 and at Pahang, Malaysia, in 2015. He has published about 15 research papers in Journal of International and national repute. His publications are in ABDC Indexed and UGC Care listed Journals. He has participated and presented research papers in more than 35 International Seminars and Conferences.

His area of interest is innovative practices in the domain of marketing, human resource, and entrepreneurship.
