Prof. Gunmala Chhabra Suri is a Professor at the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh, with over 25 years of academic and research experience. She has authored books and more than 85 research papers in leading National and International journals. Recipient of the Women in Education Leadership Award (2017) and prestigious fellowships including the Commonwealth Fellowship, she has successfully led major research and consultancy projects in management and governance. Her work spans operations management, information technology, human resource development, and corporate governance, and she has been actively involved in policy research, capacity-building programs, and knowledge management initiatives. She has also guided numerous doctoral and post doctoral researchers, shaping the next generation of academics and professionals. Widely recognised as a mentor, researcher, and thought leader, Prof. Suri continues to contribute to the advancement of sustainable business practices and educational innovation, building strong linkages between academia, industry, and society.
