K. Sudhakar Reddy
Dr. K. Sudhakar Reddy has been working as Associate Professor in Siddharth College of Law, Mumbai which was established by Father of Indian Constitution and Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar (B.R. Ambedkar) in the year 1956. Dr. K.S. Reddy has joined in this College in the year 2006 as Assistant Professor and since 2012 has been working as I/C Principal of the College. He has a brilliant academic qualifications and professional career. Dr. K.S. Reddy did his B.A. from V.V. College, Hyderabad, affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad in the year 1991. He did LL.B. from University College of Law, Osmania University, Hyderabad after getting 21st State Rank in the Entrance Examination. He successfully completed LL.M. (Public International Law) securing 64% from P.G. College of Law, Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1999. He has the distinction of qualifying UGC NET exam two times even before completion of his Master Degree (LL.M.) in 1998. Dr. Reddy did Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Suresh Mane, former Professor and Head, Department of Law, University of Mumbai. He submitted his Ph.D. thesis on "Impact of TRIPS Agreement (WTO) on Indian Intellectual Property Regime: A Critical Analysis" which was appreciated and commended by his Ph.D. referees. He has been conferred the Honorary Degree of "Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.)" by the University of South America in - 2018 recognizing his contributions to the academic development and teaching field. Dr. K.S. Reddy has participated and presented the papers more than 35 National and International seminars. Some of his papers were published in ISBN and ISSN books and souvenirs. He has also attended one International Conference on "Teachers and Education" organized by International Youth Fellowship (IYF), an NGO (South Korea) in Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand in 2015. The author also attended an International Conference organized by Asian Social Sciences and Humanities Association in Dubai, 2018. The author is a Life Member of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi. He has completed sixteen years of teaching dealing with all the subjects of law. The author is specialized in teaching in Public International Law and Human Rights.
