Dr. Keshab Nandy is a graduate with English Honours and Distinction followed by M.A. and M.Phil. in English, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Human Resources and Ph.D. in Management. He is also a reputed Neuro-linguistic Practitioner and trainer, certified by the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology, Florida, the U.S. He has worked as Deputy Collector and Executive Magistrate and worked in senior positions in Reserve Bank of India for more than 2 decades before moving to private sector to work as Director in Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. and Director in other five of its subsidiaries, where he has achieved commendable success in several critical areas of corporate management. He has taught English Literature and is engaged in teaching strategic management, quality, HR, marketing and NLP as Visiting Professor to several distinguished management institutes including IITs and IIMs. Dr. Nandy has been an expert resource person with several industry bodies like Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Confederation of Indian Industry, NHRD, Bombay Management Academy, etc. and speaks extensively at various industry and educational fora. He is also very active in management research and psychological counseling and as registered supervisor, has been guiding management students and industry managers for Ph.D. and other research projects.
