Mihir Ajgaonkar is an alumnus of Ruparel College, Mumbai, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is also a certified Human Resource Executive from AH & M (USA). He is a Physics major who has specialized in Human Resource Management and Finance. He has about thirteen years of Corporate experience in services and FMCGs environment with the Taj Group of Hotels and Marico Industries Ltd. and was until recently of Management Studies and Research, MiraRoad, Thane District. At present he is head Organizational Development at Zensar Technologies in Pune.
