Mr. Mohit Agrawal is an Associate Professor of IT and Analytics at Lloyd Business School, blending more than 20 years of academic and industry experience. An engineer by training and a management postgraduate, he has worked in analytical roles at ICICI Bank, Bajaj Allianz, and Magma Fincorp, with a strong focus on talent and credit systems. He has delivered corporate training in analytics tools and consulting projects for firms like Hero FinCorp, Hero MotoCorp, Havells, and Dainik Bhaskar. Currently a research scholar in Business Analytics, his teaching and work explore the intersection of data, people, and strategy—bringing a thoughtful and practical lens to Talent Management.
