Smt. Geeta N. Parawati, a rank holder in MA Philosophy, University of Mumbai began her career in Elphinstone College and retired as Principal from Government Law College. With an experience of almost four decades, she continued as a guest lecturer until 2014, and later on took online lectures in Logic during the pandemic. During the last 10 years, she taught logic to pre-law students. As their course was designed to help them link Law and Logic, she pursued to Law Degree to gain an insight to Law and Jurisprudence that enabled her to do justice to the syllabus. She was paper-setter and examiner for Logic and Philosophy at the University of Mumbai and also examiner for logic at the HSC Board too. With her interest is ethics and logic, she has written articles on the subject. She also brought out a small booklet for Logic and Law and relevance of Inductive reasoning and Law for private circulation along with Dr. (Smt.) Nutan Madiwal.
