Dr. Nidhi Shrivastava, has 16 years of experience in teaching and research on Plant Biotechnology. Presently, she is Associate Professor of Biotechnology at Banasthali University, Banasthali (Rajasthan). She has done extensive work on plant tissue culture, stress biology and characterization of alkaloids for pharmaceutical applications, for which she has received financial assistance from MPCOST - Bhopal and UGC - New Delhi. She has supervised more than 25 Masters degree students, 2 M.Phil. scholars and 8 Ph.D. scholars. She has authored various national books and published more than 70 research papers in reputed national and international journals.
