Dr. Ninad Kashikar is a graduate of Commerce from RTM Nagpur University. He has also to his laurels various other degrees like M.Com., M.Com. (Professional), M.Phil. (Commerce) and MBA (Finance). He cleared NET (Commerce). He was awarded Ph.D. on the topic "A Study of Personal Advances Provided by the State Bank of India and its Impact on Urban Borrower of Nagpur Region." He is presently serving as an Assistant Professor for last 12 years and has successfully played multiple roles at the Department of Commerce at Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur. He was faculty member of DBM Department at RTM Nagpur University. He has thorough experience in Distance Learning in MBA of YCMOU as a co-coordinator and counselor for 5 years. He is nominated Member, Board of Studies (BoS) BCCA with RTM Nagpur University. He has 22 years of teaching experience in Commerce and Management. He has authored, published and presented over 12 papers in International, National, and State journals, conferences and seminars including UGC CARE list. He is been awarded I2OR National Award as a Eminent Teacher I2OR is Registered MSME with Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India.
