Dr. Nisha Parekh is a faculty of law since last 10 years. She has joined Haveli Institute of Legal Studies and Research, Silvassa, managed by Lions Club of Silvassa Charitable Trust in year 2017, as an Assistant Professor and since 2018, she has been working as I/C Principal of the college. She has a brilliant academic qualification and professional career. She had done her B.Com, LL.B. and LL.M. from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. She has the distinction of qualifying UGC-NET and GSET together in year 2018. Dr. Parekh did Ph.D. from Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar.
