Dr. Pabitra Pal is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Nadia, India. Prior to this, he joined as a Research Associate-III at BSTTM, IIT Delhi, India. He received his Ph.D. From Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, in 2020. Dr. Pal did his post graduation in Computer Application (M.C.A) on 2011 from Vidyasagar University. He has qualified in the West Bengal State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2020 and Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2013. His research interests include Multimedia Security, Image Processing, Steganography, Data Hiding, Cryptography, and Machine Learning. He has published more than 40 papers in esteemed International journals and conferences. Dr. Pal developed study materials of M.Sc. in Computer Science course for the Distance Education wing of Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. He acted as a PG question setter of Raja Narendralal Khan Women’s College (Autonomous) in 2021. He is a reviewer of several renowned journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, etc.
