Ms. Pooja Radhakishan Kakde graduated from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded in 2014 and completed her Masters degree in Microbiology with First Merit from the same university in 2016. As an INSPIRE scholar, she has been awarded the DST-INSPIRE Scholarship, a scholarship program for higher studies, initiated by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. She has qualified the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MH-SET) in 2016, Joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2017, and the ASRB NET in 2020. She has been a recipient of the CSIR-UGC Research Fellowship for her research work. She has submitted her Ph.D. thesis to the SRTMU, Nanded for the research work completed under the guidance of Prof. Shiva Aithal at the Dept. of Microbiology, Dnyanopasak Shikshan Mandals College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Parbhani (M.S.). Presently, she is working as a PG teacher at the same institute. She has published several research articles and a book chapter in UGC-Care-listed journals along with active participation in national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
