DR. Santosh Kumar Tripathy - (Ph.D., MA PMIR, M.Phil., LL.B.) Prof. Tripathy is Professor in the Dept. of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and the Director of the College Development Council, Utkal Uiniversity. He has chaired, spoke and participated in many seminars of national and international levels and his research publications are published in many journals of repute. He has authorized and edited nine texts and monographs and has the distinction as an excellent teacher in the field of HR, OB and Labour Laws.
