Dr. R.K. Mohanty, is in Orissa Education Service (I) since 1987. He completed M.A. in Sociology from J.N.U. New Delhi, his M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Institute of Advanced Studies. Meerut University, UP with pre Ph.D. formalities from IIT Kanpur. He completed Postdocotorate from University of Nottingham UK as a Commonwealth Fellow. Prior to Joining BPSPA, he was Reader and Head PG Dept. of Sociology, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. He has four books to his credit and several articles published in Journals of National and International Repute. He acts as a consultant with World Vision Internationa, UNDP/WFP, Action Aid and DFID.
