Sahera Fatima has a Master’s Degree in Management and a PG Diploma in Foreign Trade Management. Currently, she is pursuing Ph.D. in Management. She has a total experience of 19 years in industry and academia. Currently, she is teaching Foreign Trade and HRM subjects at UG level at EThames Degree College (affiliated to Osmania University). She is passionate about teaching, reading, writing and research. Her teaching methodology is learner-centric. She strongly believes that the teacher should no more be a sage on the stage but should act as a guide by the side of the student.
