Dr. Sasmita Nayak did Ph.D. in PMIR from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. She did her Master Degree in Business Administration from Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Odisha. She is a professional in Management Education and Research. She has more than 12 years of teaching experience in UG and PG level. She has presented a number of papers in national and international conferences and proceedings. She has published 10 research papers in referred journals to her credit. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Development, Organizational Behaviour, Performance Management and Human Resource Management. Currently, she is working as Assistant Professor of Management in College of Engineering and Technology, an autonomous college and a constituent college of Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
