Dr. Shadab Paloji is an Associate Professor in St. Xavier’s Institute of Education, Mumbai, affiliated to Mumbai University. She has been awarded her Ph.D. in Quality Management in Education from YCMOU and has completed her Masters in Education (Gold Medalist, Mumbai University Batch 2004) and Masters in English Literature from Mumbai University. She has also done her dissertation work in Guidance and Counselling subject. She has been a part of Syllabus Committee for B.Ed. in various courses of Two-Year B.Ed. Programme (2015). She has also been the Convener for Syllabus Committee for Certificate Course in Peace Education, Department of Mumbai. Currently, she is working on her post-doctoral research in Counselling and Information and Communication Technology. She is a passionate teacher educator who aims at making the life of students in understanding the various concepts in education in a more practical and easy way. She looks forward to creating more awareness regarding guidance and counselling in various sectors and how student teachers could use it to become more compassionate and approachable teachers.
