Dr. Vikas A. Barbate is an M.Com., M.M.S., Post Graduate Diploma in International Business and Human Resource Management, Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Taxation Law, GDC&A and Ph.D. in Management. He has worked in Ethiopian Civil Service University, College of Finance, Management and Development (State University), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) (Africa). He has more than 25 years industry as well as academic experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Management and Taxation. He has been associated with Swami Vivekanand Shikshan Prasarak Mandals Sane Guruji Vidyalaya, Kharpudi Bk. Taluka Khed District Pune in the capacity of Secretary. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor in a leading management institute in Pune. He has delivered talks on Finance for Non-finance, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Service Tax (GST) and Business Opportunity in African continents. He has published and presented many research papers, articles in UGC Care list Journals, National and International Seminars, Conferences, etc.
