Dr. Santosh R. Jadhav is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology at Government of Maharashtra`s Ismail Yusuf College, Mumbai. Currently he is a Principal of the same college. He was also the Principal of Vikas College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Vikhroli, Mumbai. He is a doctorate in Social Psychology and has vast experience in teaching, research and publications. He is also a member of board of studies of Forensic Science. He also holds the rank of Major in NCC with which he has been associated for more than 25 years He has delivered several lectures on Human Psychology as a guest lecturer in the police department as well as in various NGOs.  He is an expert in the area of Human Skill and Social Behaviour of Human Beings.
