Corporate Environment is introduced in the new curriculum for BBM Program of Bangalore University. This is a very significant move in the backdrop of the much awaited Companies Bill, 2012 padded in the Lok Sabha on 18th December 2012, replacing the 56-year old Companies Act, 1956 (The Bill which was to be taken up for discussion in the RajyaSabha on 20th December 2012 has been postponed till the next session). The Companies Bill is divided into 29 chapter, 470 claused and 7schedules. The Bill is aimed at aimed at consolidating and amending the law relating to the companies and is intended to improve corporate governance and to further strengthen for corporate.
This book, Corporate Environment, is designed to cover the various provisions ranging from promotion and incorporation of a company to its winding up. The book also includes Skill Development component. Sincere efforts have been made by the author to ensure completeness of this book.
