Strategic Management is a process that involves an organisation’s activity in strategic planning and then acting on those plans. This provides a disciplined approach to managers for their meaningful operations. SM has two aspects to be followed. (i) Preparing for their meaningful and achievable activities to attain the organisation goal and (ii) implementing it efficiently and effectively.
