Dr. A. K. Samantaray is Currently working as a Professor in the Department of Business Administration, at Regional College Management Autonomous, Bhubaneswar. A post-graduate in Commerce with a Ph.D. from Utkal University, Dr. Samantaray has been teaching general management to MBA students for the last 22 years. He has organised a number of MDPs and seminars on management related topics. He has published many articles and two books namely Management-Text and Practice and Organisational Behaviour. He has been guiding many research scholars in field of management and corporate governance. He is also a visiting faculty in some of the renowned management institutes of Orissa.
